Ceramic Design Features Polyacetal Body and Ceramic Tips

These high quality tweezers are ideal for handling small optics or electronics since the tips reduce slipping and eliminate damage to delicate surfaces. We highly recommend the ESD model or the Resin-Tip model with the interchangeable replacement ESD tips for optics. Tips are interchangeable for all ESD and Resin-Tip models. Ceramic tips offer excellent wear resistance. All tips are non-magnetic.

ESD: Tips are fine ceramic (containing carbon), body is stainless steel. Tips have max operating temperature of 160°C and are conductive with a surface resistance of 10⁸ - 10¹¹Ω. Tips are black. Two choices for tip size.

Resin-Tip: Tips are PBT plastic (containing glass), body is aluminum. Lightweight body provides comfort for extended use. Tips have max operating temperature of 190°C. Tips are white and are non-conductive.

Ceramic: Tips are fine ceramic, body is polyacetal (with glass fiber reinforcement). Tips are non-magnetic, non-conductive, and heat/chemical resistant.
